Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
5–7 years of program management, PMO, portfolio management, or related experience.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation, digital, or technology initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
Experience with portfolio management, project management, and visualization tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the central program management engine for the digital portfolio, including demand intake, planning, governance, and reporting.
Run portfolio prioritization and maintain initiative backlog; build and maintain roadmaps.
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues; lead annual and quarterly planning cycles.
Run governance meetings, prepare executive dashboards, and own KPIs and performance metrics.
