Job summary

Lyntris is seeking a Program Management & Systems Support Specialist to join the NAVWAR Front Office. You will provide program management support and IT systems analysis to help drive efficiency and data-driven decision making.

The role involves preparing documentation, dashboards, and analyses, and implementing workflows and tools to automate and visualize data and workflows using commercial best practices in government IT solutions such as FlankSpeed (Microsoft 365).

Qualifications

• Candidate will support program management and IT systems analysis for NAVWAR Front Office.
• Experience with data systems, dashboards, and process automation required.
• Ability to work in bandwidth-constrained environments and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain documentation, reports, analyses, processes, surveys, metrics, briefings, data visualizations, and dashboards.
• Support strategic planning, process improvement, and communications to drive alignment and efficiency.
• Identify and implement activities to improve business operations and processes.
• Review and recommend program and project management tools to streamline processes.
• Track status of program processes to meet timelines and milestones.
• Support government-assigned special projects as needed.
• Provide IT systems analysis support for cyber baseline and modernization tracker, including data aggregation and visualization.
