Job summary

Lyntris in San Diego, CA is seeking a Program Management Specialist to own dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for Navy/DoD programs. You will develop executive briefs and coordinate improvements across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The role requires an active U.S. clearance, 7+ years in related work, and hands-on experience with Tableau/Foundry/Power BI, JIRA, and MS Teams. Onsite 5 days a week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Significant experience supporting DoD, Navy, or federal programs.
• 7 years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or cost analysis.
• Experience in program support, analysis, operations, or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with actionable recommendations.
• Experience producing executive reports, briefings, dashboards, and metrics.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations for leadership visibility.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and recommendations.
• Evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Suggest streamlined workflows to boost organizational performance.
• Support Navy planning sessions with briefing materials and coordination.
