Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a Program Integrator to provide planning, coordination, execution, and integration support to the DCMA Blue List Program. You will collaborate with Government Blue List leadership, CORs, team leads, contractor staff, and other stakeholders to keep projects aligned with priorities and program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business or management field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Blue List projects.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, CORs, team leads, and contractors.
• Develop implementation plans, procedures, project strategies, and recommendations.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas.
• Facilitate collaboration across Government, contractor staff, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and trackers.
• Identify risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare status reports, executive briefings, meeting agendas/minutes, and other docs.
• Maintain accurate, organized project information to support decisions.
