Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Program Integrator to provide planning, coordination, execution and integration support to the DCMA Blue List Program, working with government and contractor teams to align with priorities.

The role develops implementation plans, procedures, schedules, status reports, and program management artifacts; requires a Bachelor's and 10 years PM exp in defense; on-site at Fort Lee VA or San Diego CA.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive project management experience in defense or government programs.
• Experience tracking schedule and quality within defense programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-tenant cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience delivering MSRs, risk/issue logs, and QMPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and integrate Blue List projects and functional areas.
• Develop implementation plans, procedures, and project strategies.
• Prepare status reports, executive briefings, and program documentation.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, CORs, and contractor personnel.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support government-led meetings and document decisions and actions.
