Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking a Program Integrator to support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated Blue List projects for DCMA in San Diego, CA and Fort Lee, VA.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management and schedule tracking, with experience in defense programs; active PMP is preferred and U.S. citizenship with a Tier 3 investigation is required for access to government spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven capability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Blue List projects for DCMA.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, CPM, CORs, and other teams.
• Develop implementation plans, procedures, project strategies, and recommendations.
