Job summary

Contracting Resources Group, Inc. seeks two Program Integrators to support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated projects on the Blue List Program Support Services contract. PIs coordinate across stakeholders and manage schedules to meet tight timelines.

The ideal candidate has a track record in defense programs, multi-tenant networks, and delivering rigorous programmatic artifacts under pressure, with U.S. citizenship and security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive project management experience in defense programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tenant stakeholder networks and deliver rigorous programmatic artifacts.
• Experience interfacing with senior military and civilian leadership and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Government entities to develop implementation plans, procedures, and strategies.
• Plan, monitor, and report on projects to align with priorities and objectives.
• Develop schedules, milestones, dependencies, and management artifacts for programs.
• Facilitate collaboration among Government and contractor teams to support execution.
• Identify risks and prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and decision materials.
