Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking a Program Integrator to support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated Blue List projects. The role works with Government managers, CORs, and contractors to ensure alignment with priorities and objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong defense program support background, extensive project management experience, and excellent stakeholder coordination skills to operate in a fast-paced Government program office dealing with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business/management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive project management experience.
• Direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs.
• Proven capability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated Blue List projects and functional areas.
• Coordinate with Government and contractor leaders, CORs, and external stakeholders.
• Support successful execution of projects, workstreams, and functional areas.
• Help align activities with Government priorities, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestone logs, issue logs, and other program records.
• Provide timely updates to Government and Contractor Program Managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and minutes.
