Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Integrated Systems in Santa Clarita, CA, is seeking a Lead Program Scheduler onsite to develop, maintain and manage Integrated Master Schedules for defense programs. You will partner with Program Managers and teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, while monitoring progress and reporting to leadership.

The role requires 7+ years of scheduling experience, a related degree or equivalent experience, and expertise with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage IMS for defense and aerospace programs.
• Define scope, WBS, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor schedule performance and prepare executive-level reports.
