Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years without a degree.
• Eligibility for U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage seven program finance analysts across four units.
• Establish and maintain the program's financial plan and reports.
• Perform funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analyses.
• Forecast monthly and long-range plans for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow.
• Provide financial analysis for audits and process improvement.
• Own EVMS, CDRLs, ERP system management and forecasting.
• Train, supervise, and develop program finance staff.
