Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional designation preferred.
• 5 years of experience in accounting services.

Responsibilities

• Develops, administers, and monitors budgets for multiple projects; manages accounts payable and general ledger activity.
• Prepares and distributes financial and operational reports for leadership and sponsors.
• Coordinates financial administration of contracts, grants, and sponsored projects with compliance to regulations.
• Supports audits by maintaining documentation and implementing corrective actions.
• Evaluates processes and recommends improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Collaborates with university leadership and external partners on strategic initiatives.
• Develops project schedules, plans, and KPIs to support execution of ARI activities.
• Analyzes performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; creates dashboards.
