Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Control Finance Manager (Manager 2) in Dulles, VA. This 100% onsite role follows a 9/80 schedule, supporting missions critical to national and global security.

You will lead financial planning, reporting, and control efforts while interfacing with Program Business Operations and the Customer Program Office. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of related experience (master’s 6+) and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 8+ years of related experience; Master’s with 6+ years also acceptable.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role; strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Reporting, Process Improvements, Profit Analysis / ROS, and Proposal Support.
• Interface with Program Business Operations and Customer Program Office.
• Deliver program financials to customer and internal management with dashboards.
• Monitor cost control guidelines and funding profiles; ensure funding availability.
• Prepare expenditure projections and request additional government funding as needed.
