Leonardo DRS is seeking a Program Financial Analyst for our Menomonee Falls, WI team. The role partners with program leaders to analyze bookings, revenue, operating profit, investments, and cash flow data.

The position offers a hybrid work setup with in-office days and remote days. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance and 3+ years in government manufacturing, plus knowledge of FAR/DFAR/CAS/SOX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field with 3+ years in government manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS & SOX.
• Understanding GAAP; CAS and IFRS concepts.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and cost accounting concepts.
• Experience with IR&D/B&P/Direct Sell and allowable vs unallowable costs.

Responsibilities

• Influence decisions through stakeholder engagement and deliver timely financial reports.
• Manage program financial performance: identify drivers, provide insights, and support EAC, revenue, cash and working capital.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Support negotiations with government, primes, and foreign customers.
• Conduct analyses, monitor trends, and interpret results.
• Support proposal preparations: cost estimation, pricing, RFP review, risk mitigation.
