Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst II to support business development and senior leadership with financial analysis and reporting for planning. The role will work in a hybrid schedule and collaborate across departments to build budgets and present financial insights.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, maintaining financial databases, and preparing reports for reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required.
• 2+ years working in finance or business analyst role.
• Ability to manage budgets.
• Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, auditing, forecasting and analysis responsibilities.
• Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, and generate various financial reports.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
• Serve as Budget Manager for Bid & Proposal and CAPEX projects.
• Assist Director, Strategic Planning in managing the bookings forecast.
• Make recommendations to management to improve financial performance and respond to questions.
