Qualifications

• Understanding of different contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Experience with contract negotiation, review, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts.
• Support negotiation and administration of agreements with customers and subcontractors.
• Review solicitation terms, amendments, and changes; ensure compliance.
• Identify risks and ensure adherence to terms and company policy.
• Assist in proposal preparation and price proposals.
