Cognizant Government Solutions seeks a Program Finance Analyst to partner with Program Managers, delivering timely, accurate financial insights and supporting cost/schedule integration across multiple government contracts. You will lead planning, forecasting, EAC development, and internal reporting while coordinating with accounting, contracts, procurement, and operations to ensure FAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree: 7+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience with government contracting systems and reporting/forecasting tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and core accounting concepts.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day financial activities across a portfolio of government contracts.
• Prepare baselines, forecasts, and revenue projections for multiple programs.
• Maintain contract budgets and support monthly updates and operating plans.
• Develop cost controls and forecasting methods for compliance with government requirements.
• Monitor cost-to-schedule performance, evaluate variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Support EAC development and internal/external financial reporting rhythms.
• Coordinate pricing analyses and on-contract cost estimates with FAR compliance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts, Procurement, and Operations to resolve issues.
