Cognizant Government Solutions is growing following several new contract awards, and we are seeking a skilled Program Finance Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of government programs. In this role, you will partner closely with Program Managers to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights. You will play a critical role in planning, forecasting, cost/schedule integration, and ensuring overall financial performance across multiple programs. This position serves as an individual contributor and trusted business partner responsible for all program financials, including cost management, revenue analysis, funding oversight, labor charging, and internal financial reporting. This position is contingent upon new contract awards expected between October and December 2026.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $95,000- $120,000/year. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
