Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will manage cross-functional programs across RTR, regions, and business functions to deliver significant business impact.

The role emphasizes developing detailed project plans, governance, change assessments and success metrics, while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support. Hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactive change management with strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization and drive outcomes.
• Experience with cross-functional, multi-stakeholder planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication across dispersed audience.
• Experience in commercial organizations with partner and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with Sales and Success Digital Enablement, RTR, regions and functions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps and communication strategies.
• Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects with established governance, change impact assessment and execution model.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resolve issues and pursue continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program status and business impact to executive leadership.
