Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Integration Meeting & Events Lead to join the PMO team. The role owns the development and execution of major program activities, including large-scale employee recognition events, customer visits, and meeting coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and able to take independent ownership of complex initiatives, communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and supporting other PMO responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Project management or event planning experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), event-management software, and budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the process and provide meeting planning support for major program review meetings and executive-level events, ensuring all logistical components are tracked and executed.
• Develop and execute large scale employee recognition and celebration events across multiple locations.
• Organize customer visits and support the company’s event planning team on executing large scale VIP visits.
• Maintain program-wide calendars.
• Own and refine the organization’s business rhythm strategy.
• Manage the mission area’s employee morale and meeting budgets.
