Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works Planning Team in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Project Controls professional to help develop and maintain Integrated Program Schedules, perform CPM analyses, and support on-time, on-budget program execution.

You will collaborate across engineering, procurement, contracts, and production, apply EVM concepts, and contribute to remediation of planning gaps using tools like Deltek Open Plan and Milestones Professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of schedules.
• Integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on existing and future plans.
• Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and CPM in schedule network development and analysis.
• Interact across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.
• Evaluate planning products and practices and remediate identified gaps.
• Use tools: Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool, Milestones Professional, and Microsoft Excel.
