Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Management & Planning Operations Manager in the United States. You will oversee project execution, recruitment, training, budgets, and schedules, while reporting metrics to leadership.

The role demands coordinating cross‑functional activities and ensuring client satisfaction with program delivery. The ideal candidate will drive project success, align EVMS commitments with execution plans, and support forecasting, within a collaborative, fast‑paced defense

Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen.
Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
Proficient Control Account Manager.
Knowledge of Percent of Complete/Sales Management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessment of project staff.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and status reporting to senior leadership.
Monitor project issues, develop resolutions, and ensure quality and client‑satisfaction goals are met.
Report supply‑chain metrics, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior‑level internal customers.
Align EVMS commitments with program execution plans and support GSC forecasting and delivery.
