Job summary

NANA Worley is seeking an experienced engineering project lead at its Anchorage, AK headquarters. The role directs execution activities, coordinates disciplines, and ensures safe, quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across a large program portfolio.

The position requires active licensure, strong cross-discipline leadership, and expertise in estimating costs, preparing proposals, and using MS Office/AutoCAD tools. On-site work in Alaska with potential for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Active license with a local engineering governing body where required by law.
• Experience in cross-discipline coordination, project setup and closeout.
• Proven ability in project cost estimation, risk, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate resource loading and skill requirements across disciplines; ensure coverage for absences.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental and security requirements; manage discipline technical work.
