Job summary

NANA Worley in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex hydrocarbon projects, directing execution, governance, and financial performance.

This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a deep commitment to HSE and quality. You will mentor project teams, manage contracts and procurement, and drive risk, scope, and cost control to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience as a Project Manager with increasing responsibilities.
• 10 years of experience in the hydrocarbon industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and scheduling/controls software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all project functions including technical, fiscal, and admin.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Manage contracts and ensure budgeted gross margin is achieved.
• Define scope and manage change control and interfaces.
• Schedule planning and resource/financial requirements for the project.
• Monitor cost control, forecasts, and invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure quality system requirements are applied on the project.
• Provide leadership to project team and drive continuous improvement.
