Job summary

NANAWorley in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain key client relationships. The role requires extensive experience in hydrocarbon projects and strong HSE leadership across multi-discipline teams.

You will oversee risk, change control, and procurement while driving process improvements and ensuring contract compliance. This is an on-site role at NANAWorley headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience working as a Project Manager with increasing responsibilities.
• 10 years of experience in the hydrocarbon industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and scheduling/controls software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control all project functions and act as the company representative with the customer and subcontractors.
• Coordinate HSE management, client relationships, and commercial and scope management.
• Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and change control to meet project objectives.
• Provide leadership to project team and ensure timely progress reporting and stakeholder communication.
