Job summary

NANA Worley, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex hydrocarbon projects in Alaska. The role requires overseeing all business, technical, and administrative functions, and representing the company with clients and subcontractors during execution.

You will drive scope definition, change control, budget adherence, and schedule performance while maintaining rigorous HSE standards and delivering value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience working as a Project Manager with increasing responsibilities including team size and project size/complexity.
  • 10 years of experience in the hydrocarbon industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and of scheduling and controls software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project or subtask.
  • Act as the Company representative with the customer and selected subcontractors during the project execution.
  • Identify, document and communicate client requirements and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
  • Manage project contracts and aim to exceed budgeted gross margin.
  • Clearly define scope and manage change control and project interfaces.
  • Develop resource and financial requirements from the project plan and ensure timely design, procurement and construction to meet schedule.
  • Establish cost reports and monitor all cost aspects, including forecasting and trends.
