Acentra Health is seeking a Program Director to lead the NY Medicaid Provider Services Management program, delivering strategic direction and operational oversight for provider enrollment and management. You will coordinate across operations, technology, and business analysis to ensure high-quality services and adherence to contractual commitments.

Ideal candidates will manage complex health programs, drive continuous improvement, and maintain client relationships in a multi-vendor environment

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex healthcare, Medicaid, government, or technology programs.
• 10+ years in managerial and leadership roles.
• Experience managing full SDLC from planning to operations.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments with government agencies and partners.
• Ability to travel to onsite meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a complex provider enrollment and management program.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, technology, project management, business analysis, testing, training, and other areas.
• Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and per contractual commitments and client expectations.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, executive briefings, and financial updates.
• Develop and implement service-improvement initiatives to enhance provider and user experience.
