Job summary

Acentra Health in the United States seeks a Program Director to join our NY Medicaid Provider Services Management team.

As NY Program Director/Account Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the enrollment and management program, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration across operations, technology, business analysis, testing, and training to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, IT, project management or related field.
• 7+ years managing complex healthcare/Medicaid programs.
• 10+ years in managerial/leadership roles.
• Experience with full SDLC, planning, requirements, design, testing, implementation, operations.
• Experience managing provider enrollment/Medicaid Enterprise Systems and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a complex provider enrollment and management program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, business analysis, testing, training and more.
• Maintain accountability for meeting contractual SLAs, staffing, reporting, and readiness.
• Lead program readiness activities, including implementation planning, go-live prep, and stabilization.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges with timely, practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, state and federal regulations.
