Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is seeking a Program Director for the Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program Technical Assistance Provider to lead statewide support and oversee framework development for FYSCP.

The role directs staff delivering technical assistance, ensures program monitoring and compliance, and collaborates with county offices of education across California to improve outcomes for foster youth through coordinated services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Five years of program management experience, including three years of training and technical assistance delivery.
• Experience coordinating across multiple agencies or county offices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide support for Foster Youth Services Coordinating Programs.
• Develop and maintain the program framework and TA delivery systems.
• Oversee monitoring, compliance, and staff delivering technical assistance to counties.
