Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) in Los Angeles County seeks a Program Director to oversee the overall administration and daily operations of the Los Angeles County Program, including staff supervision, budgets, and contract compliance to deliver high-quality services to youth and families.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to develop partnerships with referral sources, community organizations, and stakeholders to support program goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
• Bachelor's degree with commensurate experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in youth services or community-based programs.
• 1+ year in supervisory or program management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and development of individualized service plans per contract.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure alignment with program goals and contractual obligations.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and supervise direct service and administrative staff.
• Provide staff development and training sessions; promote cross-training.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure timely submission of reports and billing.
