Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Admin, one of the Social Sciences, or closely related field.
• Experience in program development in human services.
• Ability to coordinate with the director, division heads, local governments and other agencies.
• Ability to evaluate programs and develop expansion or elimination plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop department programs to meet statewide needs.
• Coordinate programs within the department and with other agencies.
• Act as liaison between the director and division heads and with local governments or community groups.
• Evaluate existing programs and plan expansions, modifications, or eliminations.
• Prepare reports for the director regarding program development.
