RI Council 94 seeks an Interdepartmental Project Manager to coordinate cross‑agency initiatives and drive program development across multiple divisions. You will conduct research, fiscal and policy analyses, and prepare communications for executives, public agencies, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong writing, public relations, and the ability to manage complex projects within a state government context. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Providence, RI.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Extensive experience in research, fiscal analysis and policy development for human services.
• Ability to develop and disseminate information and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, evaluation and PM practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with state agencies to strengthen cross-system coordination.
• Develop and manage interdepartmental programs and services.
• Conduct research, fiscal/policy analysis, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Communicate policies and program impacts to diverse audiences including media and public.
