Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead enterprise-critical outcomes with disciplined agile delivery. You will drive cross-functional teams, align program outcomes to business OKRs, and maintain integrated delivery plans across business, technology, product, and operations.

You will mentor delivery managers, champion automation, and translate strategy into executable plans while reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools; SDLC and Change Management familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical delivery teams and programs with enterprise visibility.
Own end-to-end delivery plans using Disciplined Agile methods and dashboards.
Teach Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills across the enterprise.
Coordinate planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives with business, technology, product, and operations.
Prepare concise, executive updates with ROI, benefits tracking, and investment health.
Identify and implement agile process improvements and measure flow metrics.
