Job summary

RTX seeks a Program Control Analyst (P3) to support the financial and operational performance of IFPC INC 2 programs. The role integrates with Program Management, Scheduling, Contracts, and CAMs to deliver accurate financial data, forecasts, and EVM support in a hybrid onsite/remote setup near Tucson, AZ.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business, 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with advanced degree), and proficiency in SAP/APEX/PRISM plus Microsoft Office. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support EAC development, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, CPI/SPI and variance explanations.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, CAMs, and scheduling to monitor performance and ensure cost/schedule/technical alignment.
• Assist with baseline development, budget changes, and other program control activities.
• Prepare external IMPDAR reporting and ensure alignment of data with requirements.
