RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) for the Advanced Effectors & Space organization. The role supports a portfolio of development programs with expertise in cost control reporting, forecasting, and executive briefings.

The candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, strong data analysis, and the ability to present complex information to leadership. Proficiency with SAP and BI tools is preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years)
• Experience interpreting and analyzing large financial data sets
• Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Execute all monthly and quarterly contract deliverable items
• Manage inter-organizational transfers with partner business units and funding/scope
• Generate monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio in Rplan
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to program leadership with compliant cost collection
