Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst in San Diego for a full-time, on-site role under the Navigation, Intelligence, & Connectivity Division. The PCA will partner with program stakeholders to develop budgets, perform earned value analysis, and support monthly/quarterly financial tasks, including EACs and forecasts.

The role requires strong EVMS and cost reporting experience, ability to travel domestically, and a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with related experience or higher; 9 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and cost performance reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and schedules for contracts and assist in financial analyses.
• Analyze funding profiles, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor costs and schedules and support audits and reviews as needed.
• Interface with program managers, CAMs, and business managers to meet requirements.
