Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst to support NIC Division programs from Chantilly, VA or Sacramento, CA. The role includes budgeting, earning value management, and cost control duties across multiple contracts.

Eligible candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance/ accounting or 3–5+ years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and willingness to travel up to 10%. Secret clearance is required or can be pursued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with related experience.
• High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and conditional formatting.
• Domestic travel up to 10% and ability to obtain US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.
• Prepare budgets, cash forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Support Earned Value metrics and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with CAMs and program managers to monitor costs.
