Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3 years related experience
• MS Project and PowerPoint knowledge preferred
• Experience with financial support, budgeting, and spend tracking preferred
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Meet with internal/external stakeholders to review project status
• Record and prepare meeting minutes and action items
• Maintain action item lists for each project
• Provide management with analytical data from reports and reviews
• Review engineering drawings for accuracy and develop procurement parts lists
• Prepare and monitor spreadsheets for tracking material purchases
• Assist in preparing reports/submittals for customers
• Assist in proposals by gathering and analyzing cost and schedule data
• Track prototype/production status of components
• Ensure projects follow internal processes and schedules
• Develop and track project schedules using MS Project or similar tools
• Identify schedule conflicts with customers and contract requirements
