Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or related functions.
• MS Project and PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
• Experience with financial support, developing, tracking, reporting spend plans, and budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets with internal and external customer representatives and attends meetings for project status.
• Record and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
• Maintain action item lists for each project.
• Provide management with analytical data from reports on task progression and participate in reviews.
• Review engineering drawings for accuracy and develop parts lists for procurements.
• Prepare, monitor, and update spreadsheets for tracking material purchases.
• Assist in reports and submittals to customers.
• Assist in proposals by gathering and analyzing cost and schedule data.
• Track prototype/production status of components for projects.
• Ensure all projects follow internal processes and use MS Project or similar tools.
• Develop and track project schedules and identify conflicts with customers/contract requirements.
