Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the compliance software implementation, system maintenance and process improvements. You will map internal structures, update legal registers, and ensure audit-ready tracking of local, federal and international laws.

The role is based in Auburn Hills, MI or Plymouth, MI and requires strong PM experience with governance, risk, and regulatory knowledge. PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of PM experience.
• Experience with governance, risk, and/or compliance tools.
• Strong communication to liaise across departments.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, guide, and oversee projects from start to finish with clear timelines.
• Lead implementation and ongoing development of compliance tools and processes.
• Support a coordinated deployment and maintenance of the compliance software.
• Produce reports for Managers to monitor compliance against regulations.
• Train internal teams on compliance duties and system usage.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting clarity.
