Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting large DoD programs and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost estimation, and schedule integration.
• Defense environment experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Combat Vehicle Program Director and other programs.
• Provide administrative support including meeting prep, expense reports, and coordination with external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules, resources, and cost estimates with program goals.
• Support development and maturation of AR Program Management tools and processes.
• Support delivery and control of small to medium projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and portfolio discipline.
• Travel to Germany and other sites in the US and abroad as required.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
