Job summary

Mainstream Engineering Corporation is seeking a Program Coordinator to work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure strategic objectives are met and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will interact with customers, vendors and employees at all levels in the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of Program Coordinator experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with project management practices is desired.
• Sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and communicate with all levels.
• Ability to travel 10% - 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage deliverables and actions on multiple programs.
• Track schedule and budget performance against estimates.
• Capture, document, and report project status in EVMS.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define goals, timelines and budgets.
• Communicate progress regularly to customers and prepare status reports for upper management.
