Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of Program Coordinator experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with project management practices is desired.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously managing deliverables and actions on multiple programs.
• Tracking schedule and budget performance against estimates.
• Capturing, documenting, and reporting on project status in an EVMS environment.
• Working with Engineering to define goals, timelines, and budget estimates.
• Communicating progress regularly to customers.
• Preparing status reports for upper management.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
