Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Program Coordinator II to coordinate activities for a complex program, including scheduling, communication, data management and document prep. You will work with the Program Manager and staff to implement objectives and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 2 years of college coursework and 3 years of coordination experience, with emphasis on convening diverse stakeholders and drafting communications.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework in Business, Healthcare, Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years program coordination support experience; including at least 1 year organizing multiple projects through to completion.
• Experience with drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports; data analysis and data entry.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Human Services or related field; experience in public health or healthcare; lean methodology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for a complex program, including scheduling, communications, data management and document prep.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and staff to implement program objectives and improvements.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and program staff.
• Assist in data collection on program effectiveness and support deployment of program strategy through initiatives.
