Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Program Coordinator II to coordinate activities for a complex program, including scheduling, communication, and data management. You will work with the Program Manager and staff to implement objectives and drive improvements.

You will ensure clear communication among stakeholders, manage program data, and support the deployment of strategic initiatives to optimize program effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years college coursework in Business, Healthcare, Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years program coordination support experience; including at least 1 year organizing multiple projects through to completion.
• Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports; data analysis and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for a specific program or group of programs, including scheduling and communication.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and program staff to implement objectives and improvements.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and program staff.
• Manage program data and assess effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate deployment of program strategy and initiatives essential for success.
