Job summary

Seattle Children’s seeks a Program Coordinator III to support executive initiatives, internal engagement, and special projects. You will plan events, coordinate communications, manage data, and help implement program objectives in collaboration with the Program Manager and staff.

The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and producing supporting materials. Minimum education includes a Bachelor's degree with several years of coordination experience; prefer public health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Five (5) years program coordination support experience; including at least two (2) years of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion.
• Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience organizing multiple projects through to completion.
• Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan small to medium events and support larger initiatives and events.
• Provide broader programmatic support to help growth of the research institute.
• Facilitate activities, coordinate communication, and manage data and documents.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and staff to implement objectives and continuous improvement.
