Accenture Construct is hiring for an onsite role in St. Louis, MO. You will lead project controls, develop standards, and oversee critical capital projects from strategy through handover, delivering complex data center and infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or eight additional years of relevant experience.
• Six or more years of capital project management and/or project controls experience.
• Understanding of development and implementation of project delivery standards and stage gate processes.
• Expert knowledge of scheduling, cost control, risk management, change management, and reporting.
• Strong spreadsheet-based analytics and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and field observation ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and assist in implementing project delivery standards across schedule, cost, scope, risk, change, reporting, and governance.
• Provide oversight and coaching to Project Controls Specialists.
• Review project management deliverables for stage gate alignment and process compliance.
• Assess performance and controls analytics, identify gaps, and develop mitigations.
• Enforce change management to document, review, and incorporate changes into baselines.
• Support risk registers and quantitative risk assessments, including Crystal Ball analyses.
• Develop monthly reviews standards and dashboards (Power BI) to inform leadership decisions.
• Guide on schedule and cost adherence, contract administration, and reporting.
• Promote safety and work effectively in office and field environments.
