Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Colorado is seeking a Program Controls Analyst Lead to ensure cost-schedule integration and disciplined execution across a diverse program portfolio including DoD, NASA, and commercial contracts.

You will drive PMB development, IBRs, and EVMS reporting while coordinating with finance, contracts, and engineering to align forecasts with corporate objectives and implement a unified enterprise solution (ForProject/Empower).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning within aerospace/defense or similarly complex environments.
• Experience with EVM and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules.
• Prepare PMBs and support IBRs as required, tailoring to contract type and lifecycle.
• Analyze program performance with BCWS/BCWP/ACWP, variance, and EAC.
• Collaborate with Scheduling to ensure cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with finance to align reporting with business objectives.
• Develop and validate Estimates to Complete with program managers and CAMs.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to report on program health.
• Support proposal costs, BOEs, and cost-schedule integration for reviews.
