Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Program Controls Analyst Lead to partner with finance and project teams across a portfolio including DoD, NASA, and commercial contracts. You will own cost-performance integration, PMB/IBR processes, and EVMS reporting to enable disciplined execution and accurate forecasting.

The role drives tool transitions to ForProject/Empower and requires strong leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program controls, a finance/BA degree, expert Excel/PM software

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning within aerospace/defense or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, cost reporting tools, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of EVM principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.
• Ability to communicate with technical program teams and finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to other sites for EVM support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules.
• Support PMB development and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) as needed.
• Prepare and analyze program performance metrics (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, EAC).
• Collaborate with the Scheduler for cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with corporate finance for forecasting alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure tools and processes meet financial reporting needs.
• Work with PMs, CAMs, Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement on ETCs.
• Monitor and report KPI dashboards and trend analysis.
• Assist in proposal pricing, BOE development, and transition to execution.
• Support internal and customer reviews (PMRs, financial reviews).
• Contribute to cost control processes and tool integration.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts; contribute to EVM policy.
