FlightSafety International is seeking a Program Controls Analyst to independently support control account management activities including forecasting, cost tracking, and schedule coordination across multiple programs. You will help ensure baseline integrity and reporting consistency with EVMS practices.

The role requires 2–5 years in program controls, forecasting, scheduling, or related analytics, with experience using ERP and EVMS tools.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of program controls, forecasting, scheduling, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Experience with EVMS, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform control account tracking, forecasting, cost analysis, and schedule coordination.
• Support variance analysis, baseline maintenance, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.
• Maintain forecasting data, cost reports, schedule updates, and EVMS documentation.
• Coordinate reporting activities across Program Controls, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Support monthly performance reporting, forecasting cycles, and reviews.
• Identify reporting inconsistencies, forecast risks, and schedule concerns; escalate as needed.
• Support variance resolution tracking, forecast recovery, and performance improvement.
• Maintain accountability for reporting accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
• Support audit readiness and governance activities.
