Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Controls Analyst Lead to join the Program Planning & Controls team.

You will ensure cost-schedule integration, robust performance management, and disciplined execution across a dynamic portfolio including DoD, NASA, and commercial contracts. You will drive the transition to a single enterprise tool solution, ForProject with Empower, and coordinate with finance for accurate program reporting.

Qualificações

• Five or more years in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Experience in program cost control, performance measurement, and EV analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules.
• Support PMB development and IBRs as required.
• Prepare program performance metrics (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, EAC).
• Collaborate with Scheduler to ensure cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with corporate finance to align reporting with business objectives.
• Develop ETC estimates with Program Managers, CAMs, Eng., Contracts, and Procurement.
• Monitor and report program performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Support proposal pricing and transition from pursuit to execution.
